The Education Portfolio Project provides scholarships and educational loans for distinguished poor and needy students to help them complete their university studies, as the Gaza Hashem Charitable Association believes in the importance of education in helping people move from need to production. These services are available through an electronic link through which grants and aid are submitted. Three times a year during the first, second and summer semesters, April (fourth month), August (eighth month) and November (eleventh month) of each year.
